Terms of Service

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Suzhou Xiafeng Precision Machinery Co., Ltd.

We provide precision CNC machining services, including but not limited to: custom precision parts manufacturing, OEM/ODM services, prototype development, and mass production. All products are manufactured according to customer specifications and applicable industry standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949, AS9100D).

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs and exchange rate fluctuations. Orders are confirmed only upon written acceptance and may require a deposit. Minimum order quantities may apply depending on product specifications.

Payment terms are typically 30% deposit upon order confirmation, with the balance due before shipment. We accept wire transfer (T/T) as the primary payment method. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in production delays or order cancellation.

Standard production lead time is 20-30 days depending on order complexity and quantity. Sample lead time is typically 10-20 days. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, customs clearance, or shipping carrier delays. Delivery terms follow Incoterms 2020.

All products undergo rigorous quality inspection before shipment. We provide inspection reports and certificates of conformance upon request. Claims for defects must be made within 7 days of receipt. We offer a quality warranty period as specified in individual contracts. Returns and replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Our liability is limited to the value of the defective products. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to: lost profits, production delays, or business interruption. Customers are responsible for verifying product specifications before production approval.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province.
